SAN FRANCISCO — April 8, 2021 — At-Bay, the insurance company for the digital age, today announced Jim Prendergast joined the company as Head of Product Compliance and Enablement.

Prendergast brings more than two decades of product compliance experience to At-Bay, most recently serving as Head of Product Enablement at Hiscox. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development, regulatory approval, and internal implementation of more than 50 admitted products across roles at Hiscox and AIG.

“Since At-Bay first entered the market, I have been blown away by their products and processes — so much thought goes into every offering,” Prendergast said. “I am thrilled to lend my experience in product compliance to accelerate the company’s product roadmap.”

On the heels of raising $74 million in new funding, growing annual recurring revenue 600%, increasing the team 300%, and adding experienced executives in multiple roles in 2020, Prendergast’s addition will accelerate At-Bay’s expansion into new markets.
